The 2022 draft plan for this district describes this row as Edwardian Classicism style. below: Scaffolding in front of the church – Epiphany and St. Mark Anglican church. The octagonal belfry is being repaired and restored with the help of a 2024 Toronto Heritage Grant. It is considered to be Gothic Revival style. The cornerstone laid October 1880 and the first service in the church was held in January 1881. The gateway was added much later.
